Surgical Procedure
Surgery is done in Local anaesthesia with sedation or general anaesthesia. If the main problem is excess fat only, liposuction alone is done to address the problem. If it is excess skin and fat, then an incision is made over inner aspect of arm and excess skin and fat is removed. Finally stiches are placed. Dressing are placed and compression garments are worn.
